Happy Thursday!
Yesterday was another wonderful day here, fun wise and weather wise! We got SO lucky on this trip, the weather has been perfect all week! The weather gods must be looking down on us.
Since the weather is beautiful and since we have big decks all over at the house, I tried yoga the deck WAY yesterday.
Thanks to Gaiam TV, I downloaded this yoga routine and did the lower body and upper body of it, total of 40 minutes.

After Yoga I was ready for a smoothie, a new WHEY I tried a different way this time and LOVE it!
I had it once a couple days ago but not sure why it seemed off, yesterday it tasted amazing in my smoothie! Fabulous flavor! I ordered this stuff off vitacost which is a awesome site that has lots of good stuff and the shipping was super fast too!
I made a strawberry protein smoothie!
1 scoop of mrm protein powder,1 cup almond milk,1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp almond butter.
Topped with a little bear naked vanilla almond granola, yum!
I love trying new protein BUT it stinks when you do buy a new protein and it sucks, haha! I am happy that this stuff is good, lots of my friends raved about it and I am glad I took their word. I like to try new protein powders but I do have my favorite ones too.
